East Africa's Zeno raises $25M to expand EV and charging operations

East African electric mobility startup Zeno has raised $25 million to scale its electric vehicle and charging infrastructure across the region. Founded in 2022 by Michael Spencer, a former Tesla executive, Zeno provides interoperable multi-modal charging for two- and three-wheel electric vehicles. The funding will support expansion of both EV operations and distributed energy services across East Africa.
