New UK sponsor compliance duties effective from 6 March 2026

The Home Office updated its sponsor guidance on 6 March 2026, the day after HC 1691 was published. Refreshed parts one to three, Appendix D, and a new glossary are now in effect and ready for enforcement. Organisations holding a sponsor licence must review and act on the updated compliance duties immediately.
