Parent Drags Zimsec, Education Minister to Court Over 'O' Level Subjects Limit

A Harare parent has taken ZIMSEC and Zimbabwe's Education Minister to the High Court, challenging a government directive limiting O-Level candidates to nine subjects. The parent's son was ordered to drop three subjects he had already paid for.
