Premier African Minerals Ltd raised £500,000 before expenses through a subscription of 2.70 billion new shares priced at 0.0185 pence per share in March 2026. The company also agreed to settle £100,000 in outstanding supplier invoices by issuing new ordinary shares at the same price. Proceeds will primarily support operational work at the Zulu project.
